RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

  • We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at InfiniteMotionSociety@gmail.com with photos of the product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
